Getting Ready for Illuxcon!

Preparing for a show is always a huge pile of things that must be done, a mad rush to finish all those pieces you had all year (you thought) to get done… but it’s always exciting! Illuxcon is one of the most amazing events and I look forward to it every year! The particular thing I love about it is that is focused only on the ART and the Artists that create it. It’s an amazing array of some of the most beautiful work you could see anywhere. Not only that but it’s almost like a family reunion – it’s a real community of people who are willing to share and talk and exchange their passion and enthusiasm for the work with each other. It has grown and expanded but has never lost the focus of artists and their art. Patrick and Jeannie have truly created an amazing space, event and community like no other!

I will be in the Showcase again this year and I am really excited about all the work I have to show! I’ll be sharing my new pieces this week while I am prepping my display and packing everything up. Can’t wait to see you there!
