I’ve just added new work in the shop as well as updated the galleries for al of my work! You can find the samples I’ve done for the Derp Portraits, and some of the wonderful gouache pieces I’ve been doing on the side! I know Daffy Dog would love to get adopted!
I am finally launching the Derp Portraits in a few days! What a fun ride doing these has been! The reaction I have been getting is priceless and I love how I’ve been cracking everyone up with these. The oil paintings have been especially fun and I can’t wait to make this happen. I discovered that I should not be allowed to use a video camera – I just had this Carol Burnett/Mr. Bean possession come over me as the camera recorded me attempting to act. Ham. Pure Ham.
I’ll be announcing the launch soon and I do hope you will find it as fun (and funny) as I do!
I have put my Derpies up for sale on my Etsy site! You can buy an existing Derpie, commission your own custom Derpie or buy the DIY PDF Book on how to make your own. In a few more days the funds will be coming through and I’m writing and rewriting my shopping list for the supplies I need to move to the next step on these! These have proven to be wonderfully popular and I am having a lot of fun doing custom Derpies – the challenge of taking your ideas and putting them through the Derpie filter is one I am truly enjoying!
Now the second piece of news is that I am bringing back the Derp portraits. This time I am offering painted versions of them! I am painting the samples now and will be posting soon about launching a kickstarter for these! The Make 100 promotion on Kickstarter is designed for doing these!
Derp on!

Thank you to all of my Backers! We funded over %100 which means I will be able to not only buy the molding and casting supplies but I will also be able to restock all of my polymer clay! I am working on getting all the rewards out in the next week or two and then… on to the next project!
