Floral and Mineral Spirits

This is a collection of oil or gouache and multimedia paintings that are studies in creating an expression of the spirits that live within a flower or mineral. I am fascinated with the mathematical precision of flowers and the organic nature of minerals – and the apparent personalities that each one impresses me with.
